How do I take care of my pottery? Are these items microwave and dishwasher safe?

All items are microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. However, as with any delicate, handmade item please handle with care. Hand washing and minimal microwaving can help prolong the life of your pot. If you choose to clean your mug in a dishwasher, I recommend you load and unload with particular care to avoid chips or cracks.  Thermal shock can occur when an item changes temperature quickly so please always avoid taking an item from hot temperatures to cold or from cold to hot as this can stress the item. Please feel free to reach out with questions!

I would like to order multiple things, will my items all match?

Every item is handmade individually with care. As such, variations in size, shape, and glaze color are natural and expected. We like to think of our designs and glazes as part of the same family, rather than matching identically. Some glazes can vary widely based on the temperatures in the kiln so items may not match. I photograph each individual item and product photos are unedited. 

I placed my order, how long will it take now? 

All items will ship 1-3 business days after your order, unless noted otherwise. Shipping is through USPS and the delivery time will depend on distance and shipping method selected. 

What will my packaging look like? 

Ok, so maybe you wouldn't specifically ask about your packaging BUT I reuse shipping materials whenever possible so don't be surprised if your order arrives in a reused box. It doesn't mean I love you less, I just really love trees. 

I made multiple orders, will you combine orders and refund my shipping overage costs?

When possible, I try to combine multiple orders for the same address and refund overages in excess of $3. Please make a note during checkout or email me to request this OR to specify if you do NOT want them shipped together.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order? 

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. I try to package items for shipment the following day so please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your item.

I changed my mind, can I return my item? 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns and replacements cannot be offered and all sales are final. All items are photographed individually and highlight any visible defects so please review information and consider your purchase carefully. However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase so if for some reason you are unhappy please contact us at to discuss.

Help! My item arrived damaged, what can I do? 

We take great care when packaging and shipping your items but damages do occur from time to time. If your item arrives damaged, contact me at within 72 hours from delivery. Please include photos of the damaged items and any damaged packaging. If we do not receive an email with photos within 72 hours we cannot offer any refund or replacement.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However please note, there may be major shipping delays during the current pandemic. We are not responsible for shipping time or delays.

Your shop is sold out! I didn't get something during your update! When will you restock? 

I try to restock my shop about once per month. Many of our designs sell out quickly so I recommend you visit the site a few minutes before the restock and create an account for faster checkout. Items in your cart are not yours until you complete checkout and receive a confirmation email.

How can I order a custom item or preorder an item? 

I am not currently accepting custom orders or preorders. If I reopen customs and preorders in the future, I will announce this to my email list and on instagram.
