Shopping Tips!
Welcome! Thank you for visiting my pottery shop! New to shopping Beech Street Pottery and hoping to get one of my pieces? I update my website every 4-6 weeks with new, ready to ship pots. Items typically sell out quickly so here are some tips for shopping the update:
-
Preview items on the website! The day before the update, I list all items that will be available as "sold out" - it is a great opportunity to review item descriptions, photos, pricing, and sizing and select your items in advance.
-
Create an account on my website for faster checkout! You are unable to save credit card information to your account but I have heard that Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay can help with faster check out.
-
Log in early and hit refresh! I always recommend you log on a few minutes before the time of the update and have the items you are hoping to purchase open in tabs. Don't forget to hit refresh if your browser page doesn't automatically refresh!
-
Seconds Sale! There is a section of items considered "seconds" that have small aesthetic imperfections at a reduced price. If you plan to purchase a second please review photos and description carefully!
-
Items in your cart are NOT saved! Please note, items are *NOT* saved in your cart, even while entering payment information. If you are interested in multiple items, I recommend checking out one item at a time.
- Combined shipping on multiple orders! I will combine multiple orders into one package and refund shipping overages when possible - larger items may need to be shipped individually for safety.
- Email me directly with questions and notes about your order! If you have any questions about your order please email me directly at beechstreetpottery@gmail.com. If you are shipping your order to someone else as a gift and would like a note included with the package, please let me know
- Didn't get what you were hoping for? Don't fret! I am already working on pots for the next update and will release another batch in a month
